HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEMS?

For optimal longevity, wash your Fawn + Feather garments inside out with like colours, and lay them flat to dry. For beanies with poms, gently detach the pom from the snap and wash the beanie only.

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?

Local pickup is offered in both West Edmonton (Secord) and from our Headquarters, located just outside of Edmonton near the Edmonton Corn Maze. Both pickup options are free of charge. Choose your preferred local pickup option at checkout, and when your order is ready you'll receive an email from us with pickup details.

WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME?

For all items not noted as RTS (ready to ship), our turnaround time is 4-6 weeks before your item is on its way to you.

This excludes preorders - As we are custom printing these fabrics, they will take about 8-12 weeks to be printed. They are then shipped to us which can take 2-3 weeks, which is in addition to our normal turnaround time.

If preorder purchases are made at the same time as in-stock purchases, your entire order will be held and shipped at the same time. If you need your items shipped separately as they are ready, please check out separately.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS?

Your made to order items are often started on the same day that you place your order. For this reason we do not generally accept returns or cancellations. If you have questions or concerns about a specific order, or if there are problems with an order, feel free to contact us so that we can figure it out!
